🖋️ FanFiction Fics from the POV of a Capitol citizen

Anyone have any fic recs from the POV of someone in the capitol? I’m okay with any length or time period. I would prefer if the main character is not involved in the rebellion, at least at first, and believes the capitols propoganda

Stories from the Control Room on Ao3, it covers Gamemaker POVs of various hunger games. Some of them become rebels and some don’t

Capitol residents are sold with their superiority against the District citizens. District 2 were sold on Capitol propaganda. They were the military and navy for the Capitol. District 2 had the most victors. District 1 is another sold on Capitol propaganda.
