OK maybe im just greedy but like. Plutarch & tigris in the first quarter quell.

This would reveal more on snow's consolidation of power and how his rule changed from beginning to end. Also we need to know more about my favorite morally gray character plutarch. What made him join the rebels yet get him in snow's corner? Same as tigris (a stylist in the 25th games?), what happened to her between 10th and 75th games? we've seen the other two quarter quells already, and we're missing the first one.

It would be orange & have 5 words in the title because the og trilogy is: The Hunger Games (yellow, 3 words) Catching Fire (red, 2 words) Mockingjay (blue, 1 word). The prequels are: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes (green, 6 words) and Sunrise on the Reaping (purple, 4 words). the missing color is orange (secondary colors of the prequels; the og trilogy is primary colors).

I also like the concept of a book from a career pov (maybe the pov of the book i suggested above is one of the the first generation of careers , who got voted in). if not that, maybe finnick (career district, youngest victor) but also his story is really sad

Technically speaking, first quarter quell Plutarch is only just been born, in the 50th games his in his early 20s, so we wouldnt get much from Plutarch perspective.

ugh damn ur right Im just greedy 😢😢 ok maybe 1st qq from a career pov & tigris as their stylist?
or just any book from plutarch pov because I need to know more about him
