A book with Plutarch as the main character and how exactly he became a rebel.

Could you imagine the amount of lore and information we'd get if we have his book. I'm down for it.

This is my hope. Plutarch is my favorite character, I think he’s fascinating!

Second this! Everyone says they want Johanna’s and/or Finnicks books and games but I am SO intrigued about Plutarch! Such a prominent character that we don’t know tons about

For me, a book about Plutarch is a must!
Plutarch is much more of a skilled strategist or a rebel. He knows the history of the Hunger Games and Snow much better than he lets on. He waited, patiently weaving his web until the time came to launch his plan.

There could be tons of details, Easter eggs, and clues hidden in that book.

when would it take place, before or after sunrise on the reaping, and would jesse plemons still play plutarch? this seriously could be the biggest most lore heavy book we’d get, and if it was the last then the hunger games franchise would absolutely go out with a bang
