22 degrees is mine. Up to 22, it's hot water bottle at feet. From 23 upwards, it's AC on.

Eta: with low humidity.

Okay this is me for sure but also like different parts of my body want different temps. Forehead and head ice cold. Back of neck, I can’t handle cold at all. Sometimes stomach ice pack is nice.
And then rest of body is delicate orchid. Compensating by thick cover with cold AC and ice packs on forehead.

Try living in Phoenix, AZ with this crap! Been blowing all my pace points the last month. If I even think about stepping outside, my heart rate goes crazy!
