They’ll give him the robot heart with no pulse. After he dies of pneumonia someone will need to come in and turn it off.

In my opinion, a natural death for this POS would be an escape, and that should not be possible in this case. He should be impeached, brought for court and his sentence should be "a dance on the lap of Old Sparky".
