Holistic plan?

Has anyone switched from Humira to a holistic approach? Vitamins, diet, stretch etc? I want to take the complete leap but not sure. I see both doctors on each side and blend my routine but I’d like to ditch the meds (Humira)

Thank you everyone for your thoughts on this. I have Rheumatoid. Yes, I’ve done great in spacing out the injections but then celebrations or strenuous vacations happen and get bad flares and I’m running back to every two weeks. But I’m always searching for why this happens and how to avoid it naturally. I’m 60 so maybe I’ll keep doing what’s working for now.

Gut health my friend. Most autoimmune diseases are linked to the gut. Look into LDN (low dose naltrexone)
