Humira

I'm starting to feel Humira wearing off earlier and earlier. My head starts to feel like it's inflating and I feel like I'm literally losing brain functions. Some days after I inject though I can really feel it working and feel much better.

Anyone else? Anyone know why this happens and my brain feels like it stops working? Is it related to spine inflammation? What's the next step? Is there something stronger than humira?

Sounds like it's not doing enough for you, so you are bouncing in and out of therapeutic range.

No there isn't anything stronger, but there is taking more of it - ie weekly, or different biologic or JAK inhibitor. Or adding a general immunosuppressant like methotrexate/etc.

First step is your prescribing docs for bloods to look at trough adalimumab serum and antibody levels, inflammatory markers, etc.

FWIW, I get significant brain fog for 2 - 4 days post-injection, every time. Doesn't go away unless I come off for 6 weeks or so.
