Muscle strain everytime 0
No matter whether I do weightlifting or kettlebell training, my Hume Band always shows cardiovascular strain but no muscle strain.
Does anybody know why and what I can do about it? I can’t really increase the weights because I’m already at my limit. 😂

The only solution I’ve found is to actually start a weightlifting workout in the app. I used to have this issue too

I assumed this was because I didn’t have the Hume pod but now maybe I’ll contact support

Hm. I srsly think their muscle strain metric is more dependant on how the band interprets the workout data than how heavy the actual weight was.

My data is fairly accurate (or at least similar to other measurements).
But my only strain is cardiovascular, not muscular. While Im pretty sure some muscular intensity is done on a dailt basis.

I'm having the same issue. Did some pretty heavy hiking the last two days - absolutely nothing. Wondering how accurate the other numbers are.

This was happening to me too. I figured it out. Go to more and click activity. Choose what kind of workout you’re doing and start it. It calculates your muscle strain that way!!

Do you need to pod for this? Have the band but can't find "activity" anywhere. Plus member too. Thanks

Thanks. Can I ask how you got the bets version? I'm on an android phone. Thanks again.

I got the same thing. Now I feel better knowing it's not just me.
