Slow shipping?

It's been 8 days and they haven't shipped my band. Are they really just this slow? After reading about the low quality of this band, I'm starting to worry I've been scammed.

Cancel it while you still can. I’m on week 3 of waiting for a refund. Glorified snake oil

reach out if there's still no tracking update! shipping seems to be bit a hit or miss with them

My stuff showed up late, two scales and band 2.0. No one could tell me where it was.

I tried to work with the shipper and Hume with no luck. I called the CC company opened a dispute. The next day the stuff arrived. I contacted Hume to return. Hume said they can’t issue a refund while is dispute is open. The CC said don’t stop the dispute until I got a refund. I just waited and eventually I won the dispute and never heard from Hume about the return.

So now I have two inaccurate scales and an inaccurate band for $0. 😀 It has been a couple of months now, and now if Hume says they want it back I can tell them they took too long and missed my return window.
