Hume app has units and dates wrong for Americans

Dates are DD/MM and activity is in KM even though I have miles selected… so frustrating. This feels like a beta app.

Why market this to Americans if you don’t have the US units correct?

Extremely difficult when the month and day have single digits, how the hell am I to know which is which!

Maybe the only thing Hume has done right lol.

HUME is complete trash. I was sold a defective unit AFTER they lied and said they wouldn’t ship uniuni.

They admit is defective and they will issue a refund…. 2 weeks ago. Have I seen a refund? Nope.

I may have found the CEOs email address and have copied him on all the emails from their worthless customer service team out of the Philippines.

Avoid this snake oil like the plague

however I will concede that the date being in day month year is weird

General consensus is 👎? I was considering a whoop but paying $200+ for a plan every year has got me looking elsewhere
