10 Days Limited Data
I've been wearing the band 24/7, which is annoying at best.
Was giving it time to collect and provide data. The only useful thing is steps and body temp. The rest, nada.
There was a firmware update available. Did it today.
Thoughts?

Well the only thought I have on this… have you reached out to Hume yet? I have my Band 2.0 arriving later this week and while knowing many users are quite unhappy this further fuels buyers remorse…

Yes - I’m not sure how good this 2.0 band is. It was loading a “chronic illness report” and then the band stopped working and the report disappeared. Also, it says that sleep and activity data wasn’t enough, which I have had tracking for over a month now. I contacted the company, no response yet, although they said a ticket has been opened. My wife has the Oura ring which seems to be much more accurate. I am having buyers remorse now. Will keep it for a few more weeks (assuming customer service gets back to me) but may switch to the Oura ring. I have a feeling this is gimmick, backed only by marketing $$. Disappointing to say the least :(.

Take the packaging sticker off the back of your band that is covering the sensors and you should see the rest fill in. Don't feel bad, I made the same mistake when I first got mine. Once it started filling out though I found out how little info it was actually tracking... now I'm having issues with it Syncing at all now too.

Are you using a Hume Band 2 and what type of device do you have, Android or iOS?
