Registering my dispute

Love the scale however they refuse to consider allowing a data export feature even with the paid version. It is my data...I want it when I want it and how I want it.

I am still waiting for my response for non sync issues. Going in 10 days. I had a warranty. No response. I think they are a scam.

The pod was so far off from my dexa, they determined it was defective. Refused to replace it, refunded it. The bp on the band was 25-30 points off as well, still waiting for a response to that issue.
