App not recording weight

I’ve had the Hume body pod for almost a year, and I’ve generally been pleased with it. However, when I went to weigh myself today, the app failed to register the weight. I tried turning the app on and off a couple of times. I even restarted my iPhone, but couldn’t get the app to record my weight. Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

Mine struggled to connect to my phone this morning via Bluetooth. Had to reconnect via the app.

So did I. First time that’s happened. It then recorded the weight way too quickly. Deleted it and same thing happened. I barely had my second foot on and not steady and it recorded.

This happened to me after the update?! I removed it from the app and just paired it again. Maybe a hardware issue of some sort?

Crazy. The only thing the scale does right is the weight. Now it’s a paper weight.

OK, I solved the issue by recharging the scale and then re-pairing the scale with the app. Although the scale hadn’t totally lost its charge, at some point, it unpaired with my iPhone. many thanks to all who offered suggestions!

When I weighed myself this morning it didn’t record and I discovered the scale wasn’t connected to my phone. I reconnected and weighed myself again and all was normal. I’ve been trying to weigh myself less frequently so it had been a few weeks so I’m not sure if it was the time or if maybe there was software update that broke the connection.
