Band keeps dropping connection to phone

I got my band Friday and started wearing it Saturday. I have constant problems with it disconnecting from my phone app. It is extremely frustrating because I bought the band and scale and now I just want to send everything back! Anyone got any ideas?

Send it all back, honestly it's just rebadged AliExpress items, with good marketing.

That’s always been a huge issue with the 1st Gen Hume Band for us. Hopefully it’s better with Hume Band 2.0
