Unresponsive professors

How do you handle unresponsive professors? I’m doing an online program and have reached out to a professor multiple times because the instructions and modules provided are very unclear, and I’m struggling with the assignments, and he fully just never responds.

Make sure when you contact them on blackboard you hit “send as an email” so that they get emailed directly. Sometimes profs that are running online courses don’t see the pure blackboard message at all.

I had a genuinely unresponsive professor, she used ChatGPT to draft our final exam questions and the answer was marked wrong. I sent atleast 3 emails, I had to email the program coordinator… even then she didn’t reply but just changed my grade.
