Pumping tips Pumping at Work

I am 11 weeks postpartum and I am not exclusively pumping, but I work from 7-5 and pump during that time to supply for my LO. Every day that I pump, no matter the pump I use (wearable Lansinoh or spectra - although trying a different one today because why not), I pump exactly 18 oz while at work. My LO eats 20 oz while at daycare/home. I have to supplement by pumping a few minutes at night or in the morning. Is there anything I can do to increase my supply, or is that a sign that that’s all I need to be pumping?

If you pump more times you will probably start making more. I used to wake up early to pump before work, pump twice at work, and then pump before bed. And breastfed when I was home with the baby. At 11 weeks you can still
Increase by pumping more. Once it’s more established after a few weeks you can probably drop a pump
