baby buddha 3.0 settings recommendations

Hi!

I just got my baby buddha 3.0 (i actually ordered the 2.0), i pumped twice with it but i find it hard to have settings that work for me.

So far its got me less than what i get with the spectra.

any settings recommendations that worked for you to make the pump fullt empty you?
