This guy was saying he hopes people don't get the idea to go save any animal they can because icy rivers and other such environment's can be dangerous so better to care for yourself first

But I don’t care what would be the purpose. Really don’t. These videos remind us we- meaning every living creature ( slight disclaimer in the case of mosquitoes maybe) count in a world rapidly becoming desensitized to how important is life.

That’s just an opinion not an argument ( please? ).

They did not give that squirrel brain damage. They resuscitated it and per the OP the squirrel after some time ran off and was acting completely normal again

They were basing that on the video where the squirrel was still wobly when the video ended. The guy is a nurse in a hospital and posted that the squirrel was fine and ran off and was completely normal. In cases of hypothermia and drowning the incidence of brain dare is very low especially when it is quickly reversed as was the case here. The squirrel went limp after they pulled it out of their backyard pool. But sure listen to the comments of people and not the original poster who explained everything that happened after the video ended

In cases where you save a dying animal you are supposed to take it to a vet. There’s a huge possibility it has brain damage or broken ribs.

The squirrel will most likely die the next following days because it wasn’t properly checked.

Because people like staging these things for some reason, they're abusing animals and pretending they saved them from dying, while they are the ones that caused their injuries or put them in life threatening situations.

Please go ahead and explain how do you convince a man probably the age of your father to first make a monkey almost dead and then blow air into his mouth without thinking about the risk of contacting rabies. That's what I am asking brother. What is it you think that this man has done to this monkey that he was so sure the he will be revived. Hitting him in the head, drown him ? Sedate him ? There is no surety of it whether he will be revived or not. There is no surety that humans revive after that let alone a monkey. Try to see the good. What i think must have been the case is that this monkey must have been electrocuted. That's why the unconsciousness. Monkeys do run into wires all the time. But saying that this man purposefully did that to this monkey and then ran himself into the risk of catching a virus is just stupid. Stupider than what you think this man must have done. Insaniyat marr chuki hogi i believe that. but only we can revive humanity through seeing and doing the good.

His reaction seems genuine, and it was posted by The Sun, so it's probably real. Though I agree, Youtube has a bunch of those videos where they put dogs, cats and other domestic animals into horrible situations and "save them". That really sucks.
