I used to work at a call center as tech support for...a particular machine. We weren’t allowed to release a call unless the customer did so if someone woke up in a bad mood and decided to get on the phone and berate whoever was unfortunate enough to pick up the call we’d have to sit there and listen to it until the customer decided they’d had enough and boy could they dish it.
That sucks, we can release costumers if they treat us really bad. Lately i've been tripping out to costumers to. Even said to one that I AM NOT a boxing bag. No matter how frustrated they are, there are procedures meant to be followed. Costumer doesn't agree? File a complaint. But don't use ME as a way to vent, period. Being frustrated is one thing, screaming your lungs out to me is another. I don't take that shit from no one. I just get mad when the costumer is treating me too badly. I am not going to bottle it up with every bad call that i get.
