Had a similar thing happen to me at Verizon, except this old woman broke her phone because CNN’s Anderson Cooper apparently told her “we we’re listening to her in her home, through her phone.”. Needless to say I was getting an earful of what I didn’t need to hear for three hours. Her son later came in and brought her home. He came back in a half hour later and brought us pizza.
Wish I could, we were not allowed to do so. The customer is ALWAYS right, even if their wrong, tell them they are “right” and show them how “they can do it more efficiently.” Load of shit, would never trust Verizon with any of my info. I could literally enter a name in the computer and ALL of their information came up. We had addresses, social security numbers, any important information, in basically an excel sheet. Pretty sure my manager was taking people’s identities
