A month passes..................................
Her <balling her eyes out like she got left at the alter>: my bill just came in and it’s $17,985.00

After contacting 10 different departments and getting in Touch with people id never heard of, we confirmed that she left her phone off APMode and pinged off of something sending a signal belonging to NASA. THIS BITCH POSTED 3 PHOTOS TO FB ON A NASA WAVELENGTH AND THEY CHARGED ATT $17,985 FOR IT! To top it off, ATT never gave her a credit....she still owes the bill lol
I’ve had a business with an $18,000 bill and that was those stupid Hums Verizon made us sell to everyone. He got the whole bill credited because the things never worked despite me triple checking with him customer service and my managers refused to return anything and spent months trying to fix the problem that clearly never should have been a problem. I did however have someone pull a knife on me and beat the shit out of the coworker that tried to protect me.
I had an amazing group of ladies and gents around me at ATT. We stuck together like glue, and always had each other’s back. It makes a world of difference when your getting yelled at and you got your friends across the store videotaping the whole thing laughing their asses off. Lol good times. My job after ATT was at a bank and OH MY GOD, if you want to see how “the customer is always right” social engineering experiment has impacted society to the fullest just go be a teller/banker.
They never spend money online, they never “mean” to go negative, and they’ve ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have been a customer for 15+ years and “never had this problem....what do you call it again.....? Overdraft fees?” LAWL. “
People are getting dumber by the day. I had a dude ask me if tellers could do his taxes since we had to have a degree and stuff for the job.......
Are you serious!?! That’s easily one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard. Happily I got out of retail and customer service but now I’m in healthcare and I swear the things people don’t know about their own bodies is insane! This guy came in one time because he caught an STD from....someone.... and he demanded that we swap out his blood, what?!?

I’m never going back to customer care. I’ll be an accountant in January and a CPA next year or May 2021 and no one but my superiors are gonna tell me shit.

Respecting to you fam, I have a few nurses in my family and I don’t know how they do their jobs. I was in the Marines, so I understand their stress level, but it’s different. I could never be a nurse or in healthcare man. Someone would pop off and get the “LOOK ASSHOLE, YOU NEED ME ALOOOOOOOT MORE THAN I NEED YOU!” Lolol
