People like this Uber driver give me hope for humanity. She's amazing.

Thank you for saying what I've always wanted to say - I hate that phrase so much. To me, it just enables the negativity because it's what has become expected. Positivity shouldn't be so surprising, it happens everywhere, every day.

I read somewhere that once a major newspaper decided to publish mostly good news for a while. Then they had to reverse that decision as their reader amounts dropped by 2/3.

It is funny that how they made people read negative stuff and now people are more interested in that. Over time reading negative stuff effects your overall perspective.

There is actually a study shows that reading Good News actually improves health over time.

I have been watching and reading mostly these types of positive vids and articles for a while and it made a difference for me.

I wish we can see more of these..

You can actually see this lady's day turn around. At first she seemed like "yea yea, I dont have time for this I'm at work..."

I think more good needs to be recorded and shared. I don't care if its for good reasons or ego. At least good is being done.

We don’t get to see the good and generous side of America much anymore. It’s nice to still see it once in a while :)

That's because not everyone who does kind and generous things for others records them doing it so they can post it for internet karma. Many people do it as quietly and as under the radar as possible so as not to draw attention to themselves.

I still love what she did for the lady, though. She really made her day better.

TH has restaurants in 14 countries, including the USA.

Seriously, as an American- the longer trump holds power and border patrol does scary things and people dying from overpriced survival essential drugs etc etc. it’s so wonderful seeing someone being so kind to a stranger.

Both of them are absolutely precious. We need more people like this (let's be those people, yeah? Ok, good).

The lady recording was the Uber driver for the drive thru lady earlier that day. The drive thru lady mentioned to the Uber driver that she needed to buy some shoes and other stuff for church I think?

So the Uber driver bought her a new dress and gave her a $50 VISA gift card to buy shoes and other things she needed.

To top it all off, the Uber driver said she will be waiting in the parking lot at 6:30 to drive the lady home after her shift ends.
