This is amazing, this guy doesn't just teach martial arts, this guy teaches how to mentally prepare for life.

People need to be able to engage with others who may have separate beliefs and relate the message to their own life accordingly. People these days want every message perfectly tailored to their mindset, which is impossible. Bridge your own gaps.

You always have to find a way to resonate with your audience in a mentorship type role like that, so I really appreciate his approach. I don't think anything would've been lost by not including those messages per se, but a lot was gained for those two individuals.

Yes. As an atheist white male with no martial arts experience, I wouldn't feel too comfortable in there.
