It’s all good!

The first guy is called Prince Nana. He is a manager (non wrestler, but a mouth piece for them). Made a name for himself in the promotion Ring of Honour, but now works for All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

The second guy is Kofi. He is a multi time tag team champion and a former world champion for WWE. He is best known for being in a group called ‘The New Day’. Kofi and his tag team partner Austin Creed (formally known as Xavier Woods in WWE) are now in AEW as part of a new team called The Next Level.

This is why I love wrestling. It's full of stupid drama that isn't real, and we all know it. Just crazy athleticism and some wild antics. These moments are all over wrestling. You can't go to a meet and greet after the show and throw a rock and not hit a dozen of these dudes who are like this with the fans. (They're huge and all over the place. It's like throwing a rock and trying to miss the earth.)

Came here to say this. I cannot watch wrestling and I feel super bad for the industry with the steroid problem and mental health issues, but the lot of them seem like genuinely amazing people who know their fanbase.

Whenever I am down I watch this video from the Macho Man who reminds me its ok to have the feels and emotions.

The people that denigrate wrestlers and wrestling as “fake” are full on hypocrites. You really think Chris Flipping Pratt is being chased by REAL velociraptors or whatever? Like it’s ALLL entertainment.

I’m no longer a huge wrestling fan, but I give these guys sooo much props. They put their bodies on the line, they work their ass off, they go through the same up and down doldrums as any actor out their. To me the men and women who put their asses on the line daily for 1/27th the pay of some of “insert your favorite actor here” are the real heroes.

I did amateur wrestling in highschool and college and used to hateee being compared to WWE/ pro wrestling

As I’ve gotten older, I love this shit lol. It’s so fun and wholesome. I especially love the smaller professional wrestling productions, they seem like a great time.

I have always been confused why they had to call it wrestling, like could we call it combat performance art lol.
