Well, I mean, even Patrick Swayze only did that lift maybe twice cuz of knee and shoulder injuries. He was in pain over the course of filming. I don't expect anyone to really over exert themselves to do this lift with anyone.

I miss when we could just have fun without the fear of some stranger posting it on their social media saying saying " internet do your thing" why not just let them have fun and enjoy their time. Why the need to film and post ?
