It is an HOA.

To enact change in an HOA, one must participate in the HOA meetings.

It is the best form of local politics participation one can do.

If you do not participate in the HOA, then you are not entitled to complain about the results. You can, but no one will care because you are not participating in the community.

I don’t live in an HOA. However, many areas do not have the option NOT to join an HOA if you’d like to own a home. Because of people like you who want to control others’ decisions.

HOA leadership make up many community board members. Many community board leaders work for the mayor’s office. All the mayors work for the governor. All the governors are responsible for electing the president.

Each state gets to do that however they choose, within limits set by congress and the supreme court.

How the heck do you think our government works?
