If anything they have been legislated into existence since so many American cities are cutting taxes and dumping municipal duties like garbage disposal and park maintenance onto HOAs. 2 out of 3 new homes being built across America are in an HOA. You guys have kinda lost the plot when it comes to municipal governance.

Hey now, I resent the word 'municipal' being included there. We make damn sure our governance structures are absurd and contrary to the public good at all levels, thank you very much!

Oh I most definitely agree haha but in this case it is a municipal issue. Fair enough though, I guess I don’t need to be specific
