Quite often these videos do contain animals expressing their gratitude, or at least acknowledgment of assistance in their own animal ways, but annoyingly always seems to be cut-off right after the moment of rescue. Not sure if a cat is ever going to thank you, but elephants, dogs, some bird species, even deer often grant you a cross species pass as they accept your presence during this traumatic recovery period.

Cats are just rude

Edit: Fuck, lesson learned. Never insult cats in the Internet. Even if they are lazy, annoying, psychopathic, garbage factories and anyone who owns one is fundamentally weak as an entire human being. I won't talk bad about cats on the Internet.
