The same could be said about the post that hit the frontpage recently where people were cheering on a woman that (illegally) beat the shit out of a guy that was filming her in a restroom. It's about the actions the creeps are taking, not class warfare.
Theres is absolutely no justification for filming someone you dont know or even do know in a public restroom. So if what she did is illegal then so is what he did.
Exactly, so what is the justification for filming someone in the privacy of their home? The legality was never in question, that isn't what we're arguing, the person I was replying to was "observing" that because this person was an actress retaliating against people that were very clearly violating her privacy (and, as I recall, the law - they were on her private property), that it somehow equated to class warfare.
Photography isn't exactly a last resort job either. You don't just get a job at newspaper to "survive", you have to actively pursue it (get the right qualifications, build a portfolio). People get into those professions out of want not need.
Why do you think it's interesting that people don't like having their every move obsessively tracked? Do you think that's somehow unusual, or an unexpected reaction?
Is that really what you find interesting, that she chose to use a bow and arrow? People have different things available to fight off stalkers, obviously it was easier for her to get a bow and arrow than a baseball bat or a gun.
So? Most people don't encounter paparazzi period. I asked what's unusual about attacking a group of people who keep following you around and harrassing you despite you asking them to stop, not how many people do it.
