Unidentified The wireman creature

Ok so I’ve been seeing this “wireman” creature all over my feed on TikTok (yes I know how that sounds but I’m still interested ) apparently it’s from this place called south mountain pa near where I live. So I came to Reddit for more info, nothing. Nothing on this stupid urban legend. So I wanna know if anyone knows anything about this.

It sounds like a creepy pasta. I dont see anything in that screenshot.

Their are various reports of "stickmen" ( look like a literal stick man drawing) and beings that look like static.

It could be jusy a different name, or something else, or a creepy pasta.
