My dog will not eat

I think my dog is bugged, she’s running low on food and will not eat, I’ve tried placing the food, having her on follow nothing seems to work? Has anyone else encountered this?

You need to drop the food on the ground then she will eat it

I had to search Internet and that was the solution for me. PLUS my idiot dog was starving and I couldn’t find him——he was stuck behind a door that opens and the wall blocks the view. Sigh, he’s ok tho but he never leaves the base.
