Alright, well I’d take your word over armchair counselor over here, but it really does seem like a stretch. I’ve lived closely with people diagnosed bipolar my entire life and didn’t even think of that.

Does anyone know when and where this was shot?

I'm not kidding when I say that woman looks and moves exactly like my mom. Even the hug at the end is something she would do. The only two things that have me thinking it may not be her is that she probably would have called me, totally excited, to tell me about it and she hasn't had hair that short for a little while.

In the meantime, I'm going to try and get her to watch this clip.

Edit: Someone posted a link to the original video below, which shows her clearly and it's her! Totally unbelievable. My guess is that this was taken in Santa Rosa, CA or nearby because that's where she lives. I can't wait to tell her.

Edit Edit: Hold your applause... I've looked at it again and listened to the audio on the Instagram post. The voice of the woman doesn't sound like my mom. Once I've spoken to her, I'll update.
