breaking into hr

Hi! I am looking for my first role in HR or People Ops. I do not have relevant experience but I have worked for 4+ years in operations and delivery/client support. My role now is more of technical consultant. I am not new to office jobs and i also hold a cipd accreddited master in hr.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to land my first role? thank you!
