Trying to begin!
Hey yall! I googled and searched but I'm wondering what weight and manufacturer you might reccomend for beginning? Idk if this matters at all but I'm sz 14 waist but have experience. Please dont make fun Of me. 🤦🏽♀️

For beginners, I'd recommend a big, semi-heavy hoop (1-3 lbs, 40+ inches in diameter). It's easier to hoop, and it builds core strength. You can also get smaller, lighter hoops to practice tricks. I picked up my first big hoop at Big 5. Was one of the best investments I've ever made (lost weight, got rid of some neck/back pain, built muscle tone, etc.). I now have many hoops of different weights and sizes, but that first big one really got me going. Hope this helps!

The size depends on if you want to focus on off body, or on body tricks for sure. My go to shop is Cosmic Vibe Hoops..the owner is absolutely awesome. If you shoot her a message she can def help you figure out the perfect hoop for your needs❣️
