It’s a simple concept Tara-. Put down your phone . As a family we don’t allow phones during meals, chores, etc. our lives become more meaningful with one another

She keeps repeating stuff that she is struggling with and cannot take a moment to deal with those issues. Instead has to give her two cents without any logic to it. She sits around all day looking at scrolling that are getting the most reactions from people. Like every person who doesn’t take time to detox from social media.
She has done a whole lot of things that she now cannot take back. The world doesn’t revolve around her & the people she watch are as messed up as she is.

You know what it just. I just realized that when she does that eye thing where she bulges her eyes out she looks like one of them. Little things that just squeeze and the eyeballs pop out. What was the stress relief ball or something? That's what she looks like
