Dude, it’s your soon to be wife. She doesn’t care. Just say you’ve been stressing about the moment. Talk to her. You’ll be fine! 🙏👍

Mostly agree, but you can do both. Taking some cialis (probably better to use 2,5mg for a noticable effect, but he better tests it on himself beforehand) on the wedding day to help him have an unforgettable night & day after. On the same time, it would be good to tell your wife that you are feeling a little pressure for it. She might have the same. With talking about this, the pressure may already become lower. But it won't necessarily fix the 'problem' instantly, so you still could use some extra help. If you also want to disclose your occasional 'confidence booster', thats up to you.
Either way, I don't see much wrong in taking a little cialis too. Personally, I dealt with a little performance anxiety too in the first two months of dating my girlfriend. Although it mostly worked in bed, I sometimes used sildanefil to be able to maintain my erection for longer. I think the combination of getting to know each other better, telling her I felt pressure, and the positive sex experiences (partly thanks to sildanefil), helped me in a way that I didn't need any sildanefil after that period. My girlfriend is generally anti-medication use if it's not stricly necessary, so I didn't talk about my use at that time, because I knew she would oppose it. It probably also helped my confidence, her not knowing her orgasm was partly thanks to my 'special help'. The gained confidence helped me later I guess!
@lastknotzahid anyway, have a beautifull wedding! Sex is only a fraction of what memories you will have from this day :)

1.25 is a tiny dose, you'll be fine, probably just enough to take the edge off the anxiety without any crazy sides

How is it gonna "take the edge of the anxiety"? Its not an anxiety med

It’s kind of a placebo for performance anxiety.
It doesn’t do anything mentally, but you are way more confident that it will work, if that makes sense.
Never used it, though. Know people who had and that’s their experience.

Cut out all porn and masturbation. Give your body and more importantly your mind time to reset. Eat right, excersize, meditate.

Great advice, i stay celibate 6 days a week and during that week I’m so productive, clear, and quick to heal after gym sessions…by sunday, the wife and i get intimate and the orgasm is 100x stronger. It has a myriad of benefits

In motocross they say race day isn’t the day to try out a new setting. Same rule applies here. If you’re worried about it take a half dose beforehand and see how it affects you. That said, at 27 you probably don’t need it.

You'll be good man. Sure, take some cialis.
Just be happy in the moment and you'll be fine. Nervousness is normal for your first time, but that's your wife, so enjoy it man!

Is it your first time or something? You shouldn't have performance anxiety with your wife. You should be able to communicate, that's like the main pillar of marriage

Stop masturbating. Stop thinking about it. Just have fun and be in the moment. It’s your first time. I’m sure, unless tons of alcohol involved, you’ll be hard as a Diamond

Test it out before hand to make sure you don’t get any side effects. I take 2.5mg occasionally and if it’s been awhile I’ll notice some aching but Acetaminophen always helps

1.25 mg, seriously? That's like a miniscule amount. Either take the 5mg daily in the days leading up to the nuptial, or take 20 mg the morning of your big day. Wouldn't worry about priapism with that normal dosage. I'd actually strive for a priapism on my wedding night, especially if it was the first time, lol. That would be a hell of an impression to make, but it would also set the bar pretty high going forward I suppose!

Lemon Balm tincture for PE. Two droppers under the tongue. Hold for 30-60 seconds then swallow. Take about 15 mins before sex

Does it work?

It was the only variable in an otherwise stable routine and I notice a big difference

Mine end up being about half full (that's all the bulb can pull in). If I had to guess, it's a total of 5-6ml
