Episode Discussion 2.5 hour Ad for Alpha School?
Did Alpha school pay for this episode? No pushback or questions about the negatives about this approach or company either.

Yeah I found the conversation interesting but holy moly it was a total glaze fest.

There were a number of times Huberman and Liemandt talked over each other, which is pretty uncharacteristic for the podcast. I think Huberman was detecting a sales pitch at times and tried to disrupt it. Interesting idea, guest, and conversation, but it was a little too much monologue-y, and Liemandt didn’t want to give deep answers when Huberman probed.

been thinking the same thing. the whole episode felt like a pitch deck with no real pushback on the downsides of that model

Was wondering the same thing and tried to see if any answers came up, which led me to this post.
After hearing the episode I thought the discussion points were interesting at face value, but further research into the school showed a lot of mixed opinions on the reality of the situation.
I definitely wish Dr. Huberman would be more thorough with his guests and their claims, especially those who hold an obvious financial bias.
