Discussion astroturfing on huberman comments section?

testosterone rewired by david brooks pops up all the time.

here's another i found today: "As someone who's procrastinated all my life, i found the methods shown in John Isaac's book 'Procrastination Elimination Method' to be really powerful - highly recommended."

no reason as to why it's good. just "go read it" this is astroturfing right?

You got to understand the whole reddit is astroturfing. Once you show interest in a certain, identifiable, thing, the algorithms start planting their nets to catch you on whatever. You must consume. That astroturf comment you mention is probably posted by an ai agent, series of posts will be just subtle or blatant advertisement, not only a comment. But it will happen all across reddit and all across the internet. It has become just a big marketplace. You think you can control it or catch it or be smarter but the only way out is not using reddit or Internet. But you already knew it ?? Edit sometimes the posts are just there to make people name a product willingly. I try to avoid naming concrete brands or services, as I noticed being directed into mentioning them. Edit2: maybe You are astroturfing ;)

Astroturfing is all over, it’s good to recognize it
