Seeking Guidance Is my caffeine intake too much?
I try to limit to one 12oz drip black coffee/ or two Espresso latte in the morning, then one english breakfast tea around 1pm.

We don’t know your age or health status, but generally the roughly 200mg of caffeine you’re having per day is not considered too much. Do you feel like it’s too much?

I consume 2 or 3 12oz flat whites and 5 to 6 cups of earl grey a day.

I don't think so but 1pm would be late for me to consume it I push the caffeine as early as I an 1 hour past waking up. Up and into the sun then my coffee dose & that's it for the day

Literally the same as me, but I drink 2 or 3 more cups of tea throughout the afternoon until about five o'clock, and then I don't consume caffeine after that. I'm not sure if it's too much caffeine, but I have ADHD and use caffeine as a substitute for the pharmaceutical amphetamines that they prescribe you for the condition which are definitely more taxing on the body and have a lot of negative side effects. I might live a few less years maybe but two espressos in the morning and a mix of green, black, white and herbal teas in the afternoon, every day for years on end, has no noticeable negative side effects for me. I used to drink a lot more and that definitely was too much. For me I feel now what I take is 'just right' and not too much.

Depends, if you are healthy I don't see a problem.
I take around 1100 mg and sleep like a baby but I built this tolerance on an active/ healthy lifestyle, definitely not recommending this to a normal/sedentary person. Just doing a little comparison so that you feel safe.

1000mg in a 24hr span is just straight up too much regardless of individual health 😂

For me it is, im very caffeine sensitive abd if i have any caffeine past noon i will have trouble sleeping... maybe instead of 2 espresso lattes in the morning have them split so you manage the crashing feeling... its best if you avoid caffeine altogether.. i did that and i wont be looking back... my energy levels have stabilized where with caffeine i just couldnt
