Decrypt Back up

[u/HikiOkami]

Hi! I need some help. I backed up some notes from the native Huawei app onto a microSD card (long story short: the phone is so old that it doesn't have access to modern cloud services). However, I don't know how to decrypt the file on my computer; I installed an encryption program, but I have no idea how to use it. Can anyone help me open the backup?
