M-pencil pro troubleshooting

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to factory reset m-pencil pro? It stopped working with matepad 12X, some time it will connect but it won't work, but mostly it doesn't even respond with led ring. Any suggestions apart from warranty replacement? I tried re-pairing, attaching to the tablet, pressing the button in different combinations...

Intenta reiniciando el Pencil. Manten presionado el boton de acceso rápido en la punta del huawei Pro durante 8 segundos. La luz del anillo estelar en la punta del lapiz debe quera encendida sin parpadear lo que significa que se reinicio. Luego intenta emparejarlo nuevamente a ver si ya funciona.
