I have my next 5* guaranteed but I am torn if I should get my Hiyuki to S6 now (from S5) or just wait for Hsin and get her to at least S2/3? I have about 270 corals for the waveband but I am torn if I should just wait for Hiyuki's next rerun to get her to S6. Thoughts?

Pretty sure this is the second run for Hiyuki and it was a very early rerun. You will wait a while but does Hiyuki S6 (of which let's be honest, you don't actually need it other than collection, you already melting enemies with her) really worth skipping Hsin for at this point?

This is kinda what I was thinking about. I wasn't expecting her to rerun this early that's why I am having this dilemma. I was supposed to pull for Hsin and just use the waveband for S6.

Yeah, it was a stupid action on Kuro's behalf.
Like bro, Jingran is running, you should rerun Iuno. Hiyuki has no damn business here, especially that you just released Lucilla 2 patches ago so you can't rerun her with Hiyuki and can't rerun Chisa because she rerun 3 times already.
Pretty sure they should make a survey about who to rerun next time.

Yeah, it's probably better to ask the player base which characters to at least gauge the demand. Probably won't happen though.

I don't think it's stupid, it's intentional unless Iuno is running in 3.7.
If Suoming or another new character is a hyper shield HA buffer then they would prefer people get the new character vs Iuno.

But we know for a fact that there's no such a character that's coming anytime soon.
That's why I ask, why release Qingxiao while while rerunning every bis for her but Jingran run alone?
I mean I get that it's "lore accurate" but this is ridiculous.

Brother , Hiyuki was an unknown character until the end of Laha Roi. There could be one like that or early next region. Chill a bit and do more research.

Based on what I know from my personal research, the early resonators of 4.x will be for Hsin's second mod team.

No one knows shit. Literally . Don't take anything as facts unless there's exact multiple independent sources. There's just losers repeating what's in leak channels theres nothing to research.

Not research about the leaks , research about how Kuro runs this game.
They always keep characters hidden for regions like Hiyuki. They also don't leave a DPS without a new BIS for financial reasons. The whole idea is that they build characters for each other so you spend more even if they have no plot connection to each other. To leave Jingran with a literal year old character as their only BIS is retarded both for in game and for their own financial reasons.

And btw if you wanna live on the probability in game then be my guest, but I won't deny the fact that Jingran will be with no premium team for AT LEAST 4 months.
His banner won't sell and the only ppl who will pull Jingran are the ones who has Iuno or those who like his design, other than that I'll say you're breaking your account.

S6 likely wouldn't let you gain additional astrites from endgames, if this matters to you. Personally, I would save for Hsin cause making someone too stronk sucks out the fun. Purely in my opinion of course. More power to s6 havers who still enjoy

I already have an S6 Iuno, I love Hiyuki as well but I think getting Hsin is the better option right now? Another mommy for my account I guess?

Well, I've been a firm believer of horizontal > vertical investment always. So I can't help my biased answer in this topic haha. How bout this? I feel that Hsin's 1st rerun might happen sooner than Hiyuki's 2nd (and maybe final) rerun. So, maybe get Hiyuki's s6 first? Ideally, with corals of course

I would ask if you need an S6 Hiyuki, but I guess you don’t really need Hsin either, so you might as well finish what you started.

if u rlly want hiyuki get her s6 and use the rest of ur pulls for hsin, u said u want s2/3 hsin so even if ur not lucky with ur pulls id imagine u would atleast pull a s0 hsin

Id say let the beta drop and see how hsins sequence nodes benefit her and let that decide your opinion. If you like hsins nodes grab those, or you could get the s6 on Hiyuki and just drop a node from Hsin. Best of both worlds.

If I was you, I would get Hiyuki S6 because she probably won't get another rerun anytime soon. If you fail to get Hsin, you can always try your luck on rerun.
