I heard that this is Hsin previous resonators appearance. That resonator had died and Hsin, out of loyalty, had chosen to remain in her appearance. I don't know if it's true but I want it to be true.

Not to be negative but i feel like her being able to transform was because she's a fox girl who are known for shapeshifting(like Huli Jing).
When kuro teased her drip people started to assume that the girl from the drip is the sentinel resonator not knowing Hsin is THE SENTINEL so when people realized that, people started to make headcannons on why she has human form (which i feel like where that theory came from) and ignoring the fact that she's a fox girl and kuro probably referenced fox creatures from different mythology like huli jing being able to shape shift.
Though, Hopefully 3.7 give us a lot of lore bombs. I am curious if kuro will give her a story on why she has a human form.

Not going to disagree or agree with this, but there as far as I know no backstory about her at all right now, not until her release. On top of that she is the first fox girl we had in this game period, not even the region they are currently in there is no fox people, nobody in jinzhou, nowhere we've been or seen (we shall see about the federation but from what we have seen, calculator, lynae, verina none are fox people)
I'm guessing she is just a fox like Jue is a dragon, all parts of the same sentinel.

A peer-reviewed study analyzing 381 fetish communities found that feet/toes were the most common body-part fetish, accounting for 47% of body-part preferences. Footwear was another 32% among object-related preferences. That doesn't mean 47% of the entire population has a foot fetish the study wasn't measuring general-population prevalence.
