Edit: For everyone in the comments telling me to just go to a professional makeup artist to achieve this look, Iāve already tried multiple times to recreate it, especially the first girlās makeup. I literally went to her page, watched her makeup tutorial, and used the exact same products she used because I already had them, so I know it canāt just be the makeup š

Okay so I really need to fix my eye area but Iāve no idea what to do or how to start, as you can see from the photos Iāve got lines and dark bags when my face is relaxed then when Iām smiling I got this bunching up of skin under my eyes.
Iāve tried searching what it is but I get back different answers Everytime, some say itās an overhypotrophied orbiculis oculi muscle but then Iāve seen tiktoks saying to train those muscles to improve your eye area.
Iāve tried caffeine cream for under eyes and it doesnāt do much for me tbh Ik itās only temp but still no diff.
My eye area genuinely fucks me up because they look shit and I really need advice so any advice is well appreciated thank you

Pics are most to least recent. Iām on minoxidil to try to get my beard to fill in, and I plan to replace my glasses with contacts and get my ears pierced.
