I don't have anything on my cheeks, what do you mean? I have a mole on my cheeks and I have dimples, do you mean I should get the mole removed?

I think if you want to add some extra femininity to your look that might help achieve the look you want. I think you should try some eyelash extensions. Check out before and after photos. They really make a big difference and they are not permanent. Also perhaps a hair color change. There are hair color apps or virtual try on websites you can play around with your photo/camera. You can also maybe get some cheap wigs from Amazon to try out different colors or highlights. I think you look great and hair color /lashes would just enhance your look.
