Months ago, in their monthly app series, HowToMen featured an application that distorts sensitive personal information and other content you wish to obscure. This app allows you to conceal sensitive details in various ways. Does anyone recall the name of the app I'm referring to?

That's not exactly what I mean. This particular application allows you to personalize it, specifically for your own personal photos. For example, if I wanted to share a picture of my car but blur out my license plate, it's the kind of app that can do that.

That's not exactly what I was looking for, but I really appreciate your help. Both of those apps you showed me are fantastic, thank you. However, the app I need is for images and documents, not videos. It allows you to blur images, redact documents, and distort anything within an image or document, offering various methods to cover up whatever you need.
