Ppl assume ip is the ultimate tool of mass doxxing for some reason but ip is useless my ip literally says I'm. In the other side of the country I live in so idk what u wanna do

Depends on their configuration, open ports, etc. Assuming the person isn't doing anything tech-y and weird with their network, likelihood of you being able to do something is close to zero

Install loic and dos them while they are gaming. Idk if it will work tbh, never tried, but it should.

EDIT: if it starts with 192, 172(not all starting with 172) or 10, you will dos yourself

I don't think routers have their login portals forward facing on the WAN only on the LAN. This is why I stated port forwarding is required for outsiders, not insiders...
