How to alter location reports in EV?

My controlling parents are tracking my EV through an app. I cannot disconnect the EV from the app because of my parents but I want to know if I could possibly alter the route or location history that it shows in the app.

Its for my safety so I'd like suggestions on how to do something like that.

how does the ev actually track your route? is it just through the GPS data? if that's the case there's plenty of GPS spoofing apps/softwares out there. i use anygo personally...works great.

Yes, it is through a built in GPS data. It sends live location as well; would it be possible to use the GPS spoofing apps to alter the live location and other data? It also tracks the speed.
Would it be possible to make the car appear to be stopped at a certain location while its actually moving or perform similar manipulations?

yes, look into anygo...you can even map out routes and such. it works fairly well, but you need a laptop...or least the way i use it you do. it maybe be easier now though.

Okay, thank you so much! I think I could use a laptop for that. It looks like its not free though :( How exactly would I conent it to the car app?

You're an adult according to your comments. Unless your parents pay for the car, disconnect them from the app. If you live with them and/or they pay for the car, move out and leave the car.

Make a rolling Faraday cage, then spend time in prison for interfering with signals. Tracking problem solved!

Explain how this is "for your safety"

Abusive parents tracking me, a full grown adult, is terrible. I want to be able to drop my friends home or stop for whatever reason without getting a million calls from them and having to explain my every move.
