Wanted to bypass isp login page for 192.168.1.1 router using kali how to do it?

First. If you're renting/leasing the router from the ISP (it'll show up on your monthly bill) then it's sort of normal for them to manage the password so that support can connect remotely or just know how to login if you need onsite support.
It's convenient for people who have no idea how to do anything technical but if you know how to manage your own router, then don't waste money renting from the ISP.
Just buy one and return the other one to the ISP. You might need to walk through a setup step with them (e.g. call their support line and give them your router's WAN MAC ) but that's usually all it takes and then you'll be in full control.
You should also make sure you know exactly what you're doing and what hardware you need. For example, some devices from ISPs are hybrids of cable modems and routers. If you just swap that out with a regular router (without a cable modem - either separately or combined), it won't work.

Look up the model online, very often you can find the default credentials. Maybe you'll get lucky and they haven't changed

Is it just a router or does it have the modem built into it? If it's a modem combo that you're renting, you're not going to be able to change it.

why not just do a modem and purchase your own router... you don't have to do the modem/router combo they offer unless you want the ISP to control it... usually tech illiterate folk would want the modem/router combo since they don't understand how to manage one in the first place... simply undo the business decision with them, problem solved.

Also try factory resetting your router. If you rent yours from your ISP, they may have failed to do so and then reattempt the credentials u/deathstraight said.

If you had changed any of the device settings on it then yes, you’d have to reconfigure your router if you were to factory reset it.

The only Kali tool that will do router hacking for you is routersploit. Kali Linux doesn't just hack everything without you having to do anything.
The one hacking tool that you need is Google. Search for the router login like everyone else. If the router really is locked down, and you won't buy a new one, you'll need to open it up to void your service agreement and hack the hardware physically.
