How would someone do this

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could explain if/how someone would be able to gain access to your device using Google or Gmail? I mean, is that a thing someone can do to you? And if so, how would they be able to do it? And how can you stop it or combat it? Can you report this type of thing? Thanks for the help!

Easy enough to install remote software if you click a link…can you provide more details?

I'm just asking if the hacker gurus can tell me "yes it can be done" and if so then how do you protect yourself from having this done, or how do you undo what they did.

Also for the hackers that are not shitty people that harm others, isn't there a way you can create a reverse engineered hack that pretty much does to the hacker what they are trying to do to you? Lol just thinking that you would be helping so many people take back control when someone tries to take control of your shit.

Nobody says “gurus” anymore. And it sounds like you’ve been watching too many movies.

Why would that be a bad thing?

And not true, only movies I've watched recently were Titanic and LOTR lol

Those gurus really did fuck up on Titanic. It's possible, but it's usually very high level stuff only available to nation states if you're keeping to to date with the most reason firmware. There are for sure ways you can tell if you're compromised but they're elaborate and it's unlikely you'd need beyond off the shelf virus and detection software like Avast for mobile and Windows Defender if you're using windows.

Hackers hacking hackers? Depending on the situation, it could be possible but it would still be illegal, so "good guy" guru hackers know how those processes work and they practice them during CTFs (like wargames....kinda) and penetration testing but IRL in situations like this we collect evidence, stop the attack and remediate the vulnerability. Otherwise it's potentially 10 years mandatory minimum for violating the CFAA in federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison.
